Waukesha Freeman: Judges Back Zach Wittchow to Join Them

To the editor:

We write to voice our support for Assistant District Attorney Zach Wittchow’s candidacy for Branch 6 of the Waukesha County Circuit Court.

Mr. Wittchow appears before us regularly as a prosecutor in the D.A.’s Office. He has demonstrated the legal acumen necessary to be a successful judge on day one. When he appears before us he is fair, prepared, and knowledgeable in the law.

During his tenure in Waukesha County, Mr. Wittchow has demonstrated a commitment to justice. He has been an advocate for public safety and crime victims’ rights. He is also a leader in our local legal community, having presented legal updates to the County Bar.

Mr. Wittchow has the experience and temperament to be a steady adjudicator, and we would welcome him as a colleague on the Waukesha County bench.
